Handy-Man Service
We provide minor property upkeep including, but not limited to, battery replacement (thermostat, smoke detector, remote control), light bulb replacement, rudimentary repairs, etc.
Remote Check-In
We provide guests with specific instructions to gain access to your property using keyless entry or lock box entry. We are always available for guest assistance over the phone or via the rental platform.
Guest Support Service
We are available 23/7 to assist your guests prior to, during, and after their rental stay.
Essential Supplies
We ensure your guests/tenants are fully-stocked with essential kitchen and bath supplies (toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc).
Management Fee
We retain an industry-low 10% of the total nightly rate.
