How is the cleaning and laundry paid for?
The cleaning and laundry cost is passed onto the Airbnb/short-term rental guest via the ‘Cleaning Fee’ associated with each reservation. The homeowner, therefore, does not incur any cleaning or laundry cost.
What is your fee to manage my rental?
We charge an industry-low 10% fee off the nightly rate. Therefore, if a property is listed at $225/night, we retain $22.50 per night to manage the unit and all this involves. The homeowner incurs the Airbnb service fee.
